Franceska Schmidt
Founder and Owner
After graduating from high school, I spent a year in London working as a photographer, translator, and market researcher, among other things, and prepared for my studies in linguistics and cultural studies, which I completed with a Magistra Artium (M.A.), today comparable to a Master’s degree.
A year later, I also completed my postgraduate studies in German as a Foreign Language and worked for various companies both during and after my studies.
I volunteered in literacy programs, among other things.
I have worked successfully for well-known and large language institutes and have learned that individually designed content and language training methodically tailored to the learner’s personality is the key to successful learning and helps language learners progress the fastest.
Over 20 years ago, in 2003, I finally founded Sprachzentrale Leipzig with the aim of offering first-class, individually adapted language training that improves language skills in a short time, is fun, and motivates.
Personal and customized language mediation is our claim and our trademark!
Our Instructors
Our small team includes only instructors who have:
– excellent skills,
– a lot of experience, relevant certificates and training in the field of exam preparation, and
– a university degree in German as a Foreign Language or another linguistic field.
As a team, we value the following in language training:
– a positive, motivating learning atmosphere,
– a very friendly interaction with each other, and
– individual support and challenges.
Fun and enthusiasm on both sides are very important to us!
